SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY
Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to our courier, it can no longer be canceled.
If a delivery is refused, redirected, or delivery cannot be completed due to recipient unavailability or blocked communication after dispatch, the shipment will be returned to us at the recipient’s expense. Any return shipping, reattempt, or handling fees charged by the courier will be deducted from the order total.

Refunds, if applicable, may only be processed once the item has been returned to us and inspected.
